Bell, Fred V., 45, passed away April 27, 2015. He is survived by his daughter, Sydney Bell; mother Lizzie Farrell; five siblings, Tyrone Dozier, Kerry and Joella Bell, Resa Polen and Letha Johnson. Visitation will be 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Friday, May 8, at Cable Baptist Church, 314 S. Wenzel St., with the funeral service at 1 p.m. Professional services by Rodgers-Awkard & Lyons Funeral Home
