Louisville – 59, passed away on June 9, 2021. She is survived by her sister Jacqueline Oglesby, her cousin (Patsy Walker), her 2nd cousins Soran Walker (Jessica), Michael King (Connie), Kay Kay Poindexter (Tony), Kimberly Hampton, Fermosa Owen, Dorian Owen, Buddy Jarrett (Gail), Willis Walker (Bonnie), and Dennis Walker. Nieces Valerie Swearingen’ Jones (Kevin), Michelle Oglesby and nephew Eric Oglesby. Cookie also had several great nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Friday, June 18th beginning with visitation at 11am and service to begin at 12 noon at Rodgers-Awkard &Lyons Funeral Home, 951 S.
