Haneef “Skipper” Muqtasid, 76, passed away on November 1, 2024. Services will be Tuesday, November 19, 2024 with visitation from 10 am – 12 noon at Rodgers-Awkard & Lyons, 951 S. Preston Street.
He is survived by his daughter Aiysha Carr; sisters, Charlotte Kilgore (Gregory), Lauren Robinson, and Sharon Barnett; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Marion Barnett, JSr. and Virginia Barnett; and brother, Keith Barnett.
