Harold L. Howard Sr., 70 passed away on September 24, 2021. He leaves to cherish his memory sister Myra Hicks, brother Clarence (Aleatha) Howard; children; Charlotte, Tamu and Harold Howard Jr; grand-daughter Charleigh Howard to include a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
