64, passed away June 16, 2017. She was Brown C.M.E. Church and alumni of Louisville Male High School. She is survived by her daughter, Kappa Heyman (Phillip); siblings, Paulette Samuels, Edith Graham, , Jennifer Gaines, Kenneth and Kevin Crawford and three grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation will begin 10 a.m. Monday followed by the funeral at 11:30 a.m. at Greater Galilee Baptist Church, 3918 W. Broadway. Burial: Kentucky Central Veterans Cemetery, Radcliff.
