Peoples, Jacqueline L. Cowherd, 71, passed away on Sunday, September 3, 2017. She is survived by her children LaTonya Jackson-Thompson, Chartane Thompson, and Michell Thompson; siblings, Ruthie Cowherd, Ceclia Bandy, Robert Cowherd, Jr., and Raymond Cowherd; aunt, Patsie Lewis; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation will begin 11 a.m. Saturday with funeral service to follow at 1 p.m. at Oakland Baptist Church, 1226 Algonquin Pkwy. Interment will be in Green Meadows Cemetery.
