James Homer “Lil Man” Murrell, 58, passed away on November 11, 2021. He leaves to cherish his memories a loving, caring, devoted wife Dionne Monique Murrell, his daughters Da’Kee Murrell, Da’Metria Murrell, Demesha Hicks. His sons James Homer Coleman, Dominique Coleman, Lerone Gatewood, DeAndre Hicks. A granddaughter he and his wife raised, and he loved and treated like his own daughter Montazia Collins Murrell. He also leaves 26 Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Services will be held on Thursday 6-9pm at New Zion Baptist Church 1501 Louis Coleman Jr. Drive with visitation and funeral services to follow on Friday 10am at the church. www.ralfunerals.com
