Jeramy Bahir Hughes, 31, entered this world as a bright light on July 22, 1991, and he went to his eternal father, The King on April 26, 2023.  His parents who received this wonderful gift are Dennis Martin Hughes Jr. and Bette (Weatherspoon) Hughes. Jeramy leaves to celebrate his life, a sister, Alethea Allen (Geoffrey); one niece, Myeah Allen; two nephews, Bastian Allen and Kallel Allen; his grandmothers, Barbara Ann Weatherspoon (Leroy Weatherspoon, deceased), Anna Lorraine Hughes (Dennis Hughes Sr., deceased); aunts, Angela R. Kelly (Uncle Andre), Dorothy Williams (Uncle Glen), Brenda Carter, Odessa “NaNa” Smith (Uncle Pastor Dr. Steven Smith); two uncles, Uncle Wayne Weatherspoon (Delfina), Uncle Leroy Weatherspoon Jr. (Darla); and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Monday, May 8, 2023 at Star Hope Baptist Church, 5009 E. Indian Trail. Visitation will be Sunday 4-8 P.M. also at the church. Interment will be in Petersburg Newburg Cemetery.  Parents ask in lieu of flowers, send donations for the Louisville Cheetahs Special Olympics, 4709 Tivis Court, Louisville, KY 40218
