Doak; mother, Mary Doak; three children, Jamyah, Jayden and Jaysen Doak; one sister, Jessica Doak; two brothers, Joshua Doak and William Jeffries. Services will be held Thursday, January 28th at New Jerusalem Baptist Church, 2973 Wilson Avenue, with visitation beginning at 11 a.m. and funeral services at 1 p.m.
