94, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 25, 2017. He was a member of New Zion Baptist Church and a WWII Army veteran. He is survived by his wife Georgie Yarbrough Cecil; their children; other relatives and friends. A celebration of Joseph Cecil’s life will be 6 p.m. Sunday, July 9, at church, 1501 Louis Coleman Drive. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. Interment will be on Monday in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-Central, Radcliff.
