He was preceded in death by Joseph Small (Father), Kelsie Small (Sister). He leaves to mourn his mother Latonya Peebles (Mark) sisters Shatara, Jameka, Jessica; brothers Domonique, Lonzell; uncle Richard Small and many other relatives and friends.
