Joyce Ann Goodwin (Washington) 74 passed away on Wednesday December 7, 2022. Services will be held on Saturday December 17th beginning at 11am with visitation and funeral service to follow at 1pm at Forest Tabernacle Baptist Church 4205 E. Indian Trial. Interment Petersburg Cemetery. She leaves to celebrate her life’s journey:  Siblings; Rosetta Sweeney, Gertrude Chatman (Dwight), Doris Washington, Mildred Brooks, Roseline Patrick (Howard), Gwen Holman, L.A. Washington, Frank Washington Her Children: Daughters: Lisa Johnson, Selena Carr-Tyus (Jeff) Samone Carr, Dorothy Carr, Sons: Jamie Carr Sr. (Gina), Mark Washington. Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren:  Deanna Whitlow (Samuel & Skylar), Demetrius Books (Jaylah), Vincent Pree II (Neeva & Stormi), Niah Woods, Aliyah Tyus, Jeff Tyus Jr. (Lilly & Star), LaTeisha Smith (Issak), Derrick Smith, Travis and Carri Carr, Jamie Carr Jr. (Jaxon, Jasiah, Maci), Dominque (Neko), JaMeisha Carr (TJ), JaMeia (Tyrone), Willie Richards (Makhi & Maevyn), Orayon Carr, Tezja Carr, James Carr, Corry, Amari Whitnall-Washington …along with a host of nieces, nephews, friends and friends she called family.
