She is survived by husband Melvin Parrish, Sr; children Cheryl Bishop, Melvin Parrish, Kelvin Parrish, Diana Bobbitt and Theresa Parrish; sister Alfreda Beaumont; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
