Miyako LeCarlous Nicholson, 51, passed away on August 20, 2025. Services will be Friday, August 29, 2025 beginning with visitation at 11 am and funeral service to follow at 1 p.m. at New Zion Baptist Church, 1501 Louis Coleman Jr. Drive. Interment will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY.
Miyako Sr. leaves to cherish his memory, his beloved and devoted wife of 28 wonderful years, Tamu Nicholson, four children, Latrice Henderson, Janqrinience Lomas, Cheryl Nicholson, and Miyako Nicholson, Jr.; mother, Kathryn Pattyway; two siblings, Jaclyn Jones, and Chris Smarr; aunt Evelyn Hudson; seven grandchildren, Anari, Andrea, Miyako III, Nyla, Syri, and MiCanro; bonus daughter, Courtney Adams; and best friend Marcus Williams.
