O’Neal, Petilda Jean, 65, passed away on February 15, 2015. She was member of Burnett Avenue Baptist Church, retiree of U.S. Postal Service, and retiree of JCPS. She is survived by her children, Angus, Jr., Christopher, and Eric Dickerson; siblings, Obea Patterson (Raymond), Manetta Lemkheitir, John, Jr., David, and Norman Crittenden; 9 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 11 a.m. Saturday, February 21, 2015 with funeral service to follow at 1 p.m. at her church, 6800 Hurstbourne Parkway. Interment will be in Resthaven Cemetery. Arrangements by Rodgers-Awkard & Lyons, 951 S. Preston Street.
