Sherman Lamont Bush, 70, passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2024. Taken from us too soon, our beloved brother leaves a legacy of warmth and kindness, as he walked through this life touching the lives of everyone he encountered. Lamont was a uniquely gifted singer and musician. He retired from J.CT.C. as a professor where he worked for 38 years. Lamont is survived by his brothers Rev. Keith Bush and Rev. Kirk Bush (Cathy); and sisters, Kim Abnatha (Elliott) and Ramonda Hodge (Rev. William).  All services will be held at St. Stephen Church, 1018 S. 15^th Street, beginning with visitation 5-8 pm on Friday, December 6, 2024. Funeral will be 11 am Saturday, December 7, 2024 preceded by visitation at 10 am. Entombment will be in Resthaven Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Rodgers-Awkard & Lyons, 951 S.
