Sidney Ray, Sr., 62, passed away on April 8, 2023. Services will be Saturday, April 15, 2023 beginning with visitation at 11 a.m. and funeral service to follow at 1 p.m. at New Zion Baptist Church, 1501 Louis Coleman Jr. Drive.
Sidney is the loving and devoted father of Lachelle Finch, LaShonda Finch, Sidney Ray Jr, Latasha Ray, Taryn Ray, Treyvon Ray and Trey Ray. Adored by seven grandchildren. Loving son to Raymond Ray Sr and Bernice H. Ray. Dear Brother of Raymond Ray Jr (Sharon), Ralph Ray (Cynthia), Cathy Berry, Janet Cochran (Juan), David Ray and Leica Mitchell. He is loved and cherished by a host of extended family and friends.
