Stephen Junior Porter, 66, passed away on February 27, 2024. Service will be Saturday, March 9, 2024 beginning with visitation at 11 am and funeral service to follow at 1 pm at St. Martin Depores Catholic Church, 3112 W. Broadway. Interment will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery, Radcliff, KY.
He was preceded in death by his parents Willie Steve Porter Sr. and Mary Deane Johnson-Porter. Three siblings, sisters Mary Joyce Sanders(Wallace), Lolita Jones(Jimmie), brother Marvin Porter(Verta), two brother-in-laws Calvin Birdsong and Wallace Sanders.
June is survived by sister: Wanda Birdsong(Calvin), brothers: Joseph Porter(Beatrice), Hendrick “Wayne” Porter, and Willie Steve “Man” Porter Jr.(Fionna). Former wife Ella Porter, two daughters: Sherica “Rica” Porter, Angela Hunter(Rodney), three grandchildren: Rodney, Trinity and Avery Hunter. Along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
