He is survived by his children, Abrial Sanders (Farrell), and William Gartin, Jr.; mother, Vivian Gartin; siblings, Jacquelyn Gartin, Toccara gartin, Michael Gartin, Charles Gartin, and Arcilious Gartin, Jr.; and three grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 25, 2018 with visitation at 10 a.m. and funeral service to follow at 12 noon at Hill Street Missionary Baptist Church, 2203 Dixie Hwy.
