Willie leaves to cherish precious memories, mother Josephine Chill, stepdaughters; Toya Reed and Sidney Parker, four sisters; Sarah Chill, Tramaine Chill-Bennett, Rachel Chill (his best-friend) and Elishea Chill-Philpot, two brothers; Lawrence Richie and William Dougherty, nephews, nieces, great nieces and great nephews all of Louisville, KY, along with a host of family that genuinely love him.
